What is included in the price of the cards?
Our pricing includes everything you need: cardstock, envelope, printed letterhead or artwork, handwritten message, matching, inserting, sealing, stamping, and mailing services. Postage and sales tax are not included.
Are there extra set-up fees or charges?
The price you see is typically the price you pay. Unlike many other direct mail vendors, we don’t tack on extra setup fees. Services like account management, data preparation, and design work are all included in our pricing.
Additional charges may apply for shipping, taxes, credit card processing fees for payments made by credit card, or certain costs incurred through the postal service.
What types of postage can I use, and what are the pros and cons of each?

These resources will help you understand the available postage options and their respective advantages and disadvantages.
What is the minimum amount of cards that I can send at a time?
Our minimum order quantity is 400 cards
How do volume discounts work?
Volume discounts are based on your commitment to a specific yearly quantity. To get started, simply place a 25% deposit upfront, and you’ll only pay the 75% of the remaining cost when placing each subsequent order.
Can I increase my annual commitment if my needs change?
Yes you can increase your annual commitment at any time and enjoy further discounts if applicable.
What happens if I don't fulfill my commitment within the year?
Any unused credits will carry over to the following year, ensuring you won’t lose them. The remaining balance of the total unpaid amount will be invoiced one year from the date of your deposit.
What if I run out of credits?
No problem! You can continue to send mail at the same rate (billed with no deposit) or commit to a new package to continue saving.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and checks. Some payment methods are subject to processing fees.
