Throughout this website, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘Regene Prime’ refer to Regene Prime. ‘You’ refers to the people who access and/or use this website.

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’) is a formal contract between you, the user of our website, and Regene Prime, whereby the following matters are agreed.

By using the website of Regene Prime Republic of Turkey, currently serving at https://daviesis.io/regene (here in after referred to as the ‘Site’) and by using any of the services offered through this Site, as set out below, you agree that you are a user of the Site and that you are bound by and undertake to comply with the terms of use set out in this Agreement as long as you continue to use the services offered on the Site in this capacity.
The use of some of the services offered on the Site may be regulated by some additional rules, and in such cases, you may be asked to declare your acceptance of such additional rules during your access to the use of the relevant services. Such additional rules will become effective as soon as you start to use the relevant service and are an integral part of this Agreement. Regene Prime Privacy Policy is also an integral part of this Agreement and regulates the collection by us of your information that you share with Regene Prime during your use of the Site and Regene Prime’s rights over such information. For this reason, you should read this Privacy Policy before you use the Site and start to benefit from the services offered.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS SET OUT IN THE PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED.

Regene Prime reserves the right to make changes to the services offered, to introduce new services and/or to remove existing services and this Agreement will remain in force for all added, modified and/or removed services.

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part hereof, may be amended at any time and at the unilateral will of Regene Prime, with or without notice. In the event of such changes, the amended current texts of this Agreement and its integral part, the Privacy Policy, will be published on the main page of the Site and the changes will take effect on the date of publication. Your continued use of the Site and utilisation of the services offered after the changes are published shall mean that you accept these changes and declare that you are bound by them. Please confirm the last update date of the Agreement and its integral part Privacy Policy by looking at the end of the texts. In order for you to keep track of the update dates, Regene Prime will indicate the date of the last amendment at the end of the Agreement and its integral part Privacy Policy. Therefore, in order to be aware of the updated texts, you should regularly follow the Agreement and the Privacy Policy on the Site.
USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES

Site users and users who have shared their information with us to benefit from the services offered accept and undertake the following matters:

Password and Security: In order to benefit from some of the services on the site, you are required to share your contact information and it is the responsibility of the users to ensure the confidentiality of your contact information and other information. In particular, it is important for your information security that you do not share your e-mail password with anyone and set a strong password. Again, for this purpose, it is especially important to log out after each use.

The following cannot be determined for the information to be shared with us on the Website:

Name, surname and other personal data of a third person for the purpose of replacing him/her,
A right belonging to someone and/or information about that right,
Information, notes and postings that are illegal, illegitimate and/or offensive to a third party and that disclose the personal data of such third parties without their consent and violate the personal data security of the relevant persons.
The user who is the owner of such sharing is responsible for any damages that Regene Prime and/or third parties may suffer as a result of sharing personal data of third parties without their consent.
Users who use shared computers agree and undertake to close their e-mail user accounts, which they can contact us after they have finished using them, but before they leave the Site.

On the other hand, if you suspect that the security of your e-mail account has been compromised and/or that your login details such as your password or our correspondence with you has been accessed by third parties, you must notify Regene Prime immediately.

Your notification of unauthorised access is not sufficient to require Regene Prime to take any action, and any unauthorised use of your account is at your own risk. Users of the Site accept and undertake that Regene Prime shall not be liable in any way for any damages that may arise as a result of their actions contrary to this article and/or the use of their personal data against their consent as a result of third parties obtaining their passwords or personal data.
Geographical Limitations: The Site and the services offered are intended for use within the borders of the Republic of Turkey. Users accept and undertake that they will comply with this Agreement and all local, national and international laws and regulations. In case of prohibition, it is not possible to use the Site and benefit from the services. Users should not use the Site and services if they are not allowed to use the services in their legal systems.

Registered Information: All responsibility for the following issues belongs solely to the users:

Information and content submitted to the Site by the user,
Information published, transmitted, sent and otherwise made accessible by the user during the use of the Services (hereinafter referred to as ‘Submitted Information’).
Notification of Breaches: In case of breach of this Agreement by any third party, including registered users, you must notify Regene Prime immediately.

Restriction of Use of the Site and Services: Regene Prime may, at Regene Prime’s sole discretion, prohibit activities that Regene Prime may deem inappropriate and/or that may constitute an illegal act or that are prohibited by the laws applicable to this Website.
Users agree and undertake that they will release Regene Prime from any and all liability in the event that they engage in content and information transfer and activities, including but not limited to those listed below, and that Regene Prime has no responsibility for these activities:
Personal data belonging to third parties and used without authorisation,
Access to the Site will not be provided through services/programmes containing viruses, time bombs, Trojan horses, cancelbots (programmes or bots that run on an internet server and automatically send unsolicited messages to groups on the internet), worms and other harmful or corrupt codes, components or devices,
Information and content that uses scripts, bots or other automated technologies to access the Site and services,
Information and content that uses the Site and services to send chain mails, junk and anonymous mails,
Links where activities such as spam, spim (SPAM type used in IM services), phising, trolling (trying to attract users to a site on the internet) are used in any way,
Information and content that infringes copyright and trademark rights, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the use of third parties‘ copyrighted content, trademarks without their appropriate consent, or the use or dissemination of third parties’ information (regardless of whether it is protected as a trade secret) in violation of the obligation of confidentiality,
Spread or transmit any worm, virus or other harmful, destructive or disruptive code or programmes,
Information and content that, intentionally or unintentionally, violates the law (such law includes the law applicable to this Agreement, the law of the location of the users’ service provider and computer, and the law of the location of the persons whose personal data are shared),
Forges Internet Protocol (IP) headers to disguise its own credentials or otherwise uses them to modify cookies,
Misleading, false and incomplete information and content submitted to Regene Prime,
Information and content that blocks or disrupts the Site, services, service providers and the internet networks to which the Site is connected, or information and content contrary to any requirements, contracts, regulations of the internet networks to which the Site is connected,
Content that collects and accumulates information about other users,
Information and content that participates in any activity that violates the privacy of third parties, including, but not limited to, collecting and distributing the information of other Internet users, except as permitted by applicable law,
Upload or post on Regene Prime’s servers or network any software containing viruses or any computer code, file or any program that interferes with, destroys or limits the functionality of any computer software, hardware or communications equipment,
Use this Website to defame or libel Regene Prime, its employees or others, or to take any other action to bring Regene Prime into disrepute,
Sending or transmitting any unauthorised material to this Website, including but not limited to the above, which in our opinion causes annoyance or damage or violates the system or network security of Regene Prime or a third party, is defamatory, obscene, threatening, pornographic or in any way illegal.
Compensation for any damages arising from the breach of this clause is the responsibility of the user, and any damages incurred by Regene Prime, its business partners or its directors, managers, employees and other persons shall be fully and completely compensated. This liability of users is absolute.
Prohibition of False Information: Users agree and undertake not to provide Regene Prime with false, misleading or untrue information. In the event that the information transferred to Regene Prime subsequently becomes false, misleading or untrue, such change shall be immediately notified to Regene Prime.

Single Profile in accordance with the Honesty Rule: Users who wish to benefit from the services offered on the Site may make a single application simultaneously. Different applications cannot be made in a false and misleading manner.

Prohibition of Harassment of Regene Prime Employees and Representatives: Users agree and undertake that they will not harass, harass, intimidate or threaten Regene Prime’s employees and representatives assigned for the services offered.

Legal and Legitimate Disclosure: Users accept and declare that the information they transfer may be disclosed by Regene Prime unilaterally and without the need for authorisation, if stipulated by the legislation in force, in the following cases:

To comply with the law, to fulfil the requirements for the application of laws and legal procedures.
Protect the rights and property of Regene Prime or third parties.
To ensure the health and/or safety of any person (including users) when that person is threatened with harm or violence.
In the case of the processing conditions listed in Article 5, Paragraph 2 and Article 6, Paragraph 3 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
Exemption from Warranty: Although we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information contained on this Website is accurate and complete, we cannot be held responsible for the information contained on this Website being inaccurate or incomplete. Your reliance on the material on this Website is at your own risk. You accept that you are responsible for keeping track of any changes to the material and information contained on this Website. Trial Functions: From time-to-time Regene Prime may introduce new ‘trial’ (beta) versions and functions to test users’ experience of using the Services. These versions and functions are for experience enhancement purposes only, are not promised in any way and may be changed or removed at any time at Regene Prime’s sole discretion. The provisions of this section of this Agreement entitled ‘Disclaimer of Warranties’ shall apply mutatis mutandis to such trial versions and functions.
No Liability for Actions Not Attributable to Regene Prime: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable legislation, Regene Prime shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, general, special, recurring or compensatory damages, general, special, repetitive or compensatory, arising directly or indirectly from users and/or other persons utilising the services. This also includes liability for objections, losses and damages arising from the behaviour of users who have registered under false pretences and/or who intend to manipulate or harm other users.

Transmission: Any non-personal correspondence or material such as data, questions, comments, suggestions that you transmit to this Website by electronic mail or other means shall be deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Anything you transmit or post becomes the property of Regene Prime and may be used for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, reproduction, public disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Prohibition of Collaboration: Users accept and declare that they have not established any co-operation relationship, partnership, business relationship or agency with Regene Prime due to this Agreement and the use of the Site and services.

Continuity: Unless expressly stated otherwise, termination of users’ access to the services will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Prohibition on Waiver: Regene Prime’s failure to exercise the rights and powers granted to it by this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights and powers.

Margin Headings: The margin headings of this Agreement are for the sole purpose of indicating the contents of the Agreement and shall have no contractual or legal effect.

Force Majeure: Regene Prime reserves the right to terminate or suspend the services provided on the Website due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, force majeure, governmental action (including the cancellation or revocation of any necessary licence), war, riot or destruction of network means, providers and other causes and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
