Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Privacy Policy outlines how Postalgia Inc. (\u201cPostalgia,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cour\u201d or \u201cus\u201d) collects, uses, discloses, and protects Personal Data when interacting with our Prospects (defined below), and our clients\u2019 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cClient\u201d refers to organizations that engage Postalgia to provide services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cClient Data\u201d refers to personal data that we collect, process and manage on behalf of our clients and the clients of our clients. We process such data on behalf and under the instruction of the respective Client in our capacity as a \u201cdata processor\u201d in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum to our Direct Mailing Agreement with them (see Section 3 below for more information).<br>This Privacy Policy describes Postalgia\u2019s privacy and data processing practices as a \u201cdata controller\u201d and therefore does not apply to the processing of Client Data. If you have any questions or requests regarding Client Data, please contact the relevant \u201cCustomer Employee\u201d (defined below) directly responsible for administering your Client Data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cCustomer Employee\u201d refers to employees, contractors, or representatives of our clients\u2019 organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cPersonal Data\u201d or \u201cPersonal Information\u201d refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to names, contact information, and other data collected in the course of providing our services to our clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cProspects\u201d refers to visitors of our website (postalgia.ink), participants at our events, and any other prospective customer, user or partner who visits or otherwise interacts with our website, digital ads and content, emails, integrations or communications under our control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cServices\u201d refers to the services provided to the Client by Postalgia in accordance with our Direct Mailing Agreement. If you are a Prospect, please read this Privacy Policy carefully and make sure that you fully understand it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you reside or are using the Services in a territory governed by privacy laws under which \u201cconsent\u201d is the only or most appropriate legal basis for processing Personal Data, your acceptance of our Direct Mailing Agreement and of this Privacy Policy will be deemed as your consent to the processing of your Personal Data for all purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy, (unless the applicable law requires a different form of consent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are not legally required to provide us with any of your Personal Data. If you do not wish to provide us with your Personal Data, or to have it processed by us, please simply do not visit or interact with our Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Data Processing on Behalf of Clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Postalgia acts as a data processor on behalf of our clients. Our clients determine the purposes and means of processing Personal Data, and we process Personal Data only in accordance with their instructions. The following principles apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Data Collection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect and process Personal Data on behalf of our clients only as instructed by them. The types of Personal Data and purposes of processing are defined by our clients, and we do not use this data for any other purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Data Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data processed on behalf of our clients. We have in place safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or unauthorized destruction of Personal Data. To report security incidents please send an email to incident@postalgia.ink<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Data Retention<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We retain Personal Data processed on behalf of our clients only for the duration specified by our clients, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. If duration is unspecified and unregulated, files are deleted after 90 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.4 Data Disclosure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not disclose Personal Data processed on behalf of our clients to third parties unless instructed to do so by our clients or as required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Data Collected<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Postalgia may collect Personal Data for various purposes. The following principles apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1 Data Collection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect Personal Data directly only with our Clients\u2019 consent or as necessary to provide our Services. We may collect Personal Data through email, data transfer portals, or other means as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Data Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use personal data collected for the following purposes, and pursuant to the following legal bases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To provide and improve our services. (Performance of a contract (to the extent applicable); Legitimate Interest (to provide our Services));<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To communicate with clients and customers. (Legitimate Interest (to send service-related messages); Consent (to send marketing messages));<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To respond to inquiries and provide customer support. (Performance of a contract (to the extent applicable); Legitimate Interest (to ensure the ongoing availability of our Services));<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To comply with legal obligations. (Performance of Contract (to the extent applicable); Legitimate Interest (to maintain compliance); Legal Obligation (to the extent applicable))<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell or share your Personal Information for the intents and purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), nor disclose Personal Information that we \u201ccontrol\u201d to any third party for their direct marketing purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3 Data Protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We implement security measures to protect Personal Data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
